In this gathering, we explore what it means to soften our grip and to release what no longer resonates, making space for what is truly in alignment for us.
Each session invites you into a gentle blend of guided meditation, breathwork, crystal singing bowl sound meditation, and heart-centered reflection.
Together, we explore the natural rhythm of letting go, grounding, renewal, and growth.
Embracing each phase as a sacred step on the path home to ourselves, to the natural rhythm of the feminine, in sync with nature.
