"and the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." - anais bin

The Threshold is the moment you begin to recognize that the way you've been living no longer aligns with who you are becoming.

You can feel it in the friction. The exhaustion of repeating patterns you no longer want. The standards you've been negotiating. The decisions you keep second guessing. The quiet knowing that there is more available to you than what you're currently allowing yourself to experience.

You may not fully understand the pattern yet. You may not know where it came from or what needs to change. What you do know is that continuing as you are has become more painful than the uncertainty of what comes next.

Something in you has already begun to move. The only question is whether you'll answer it.

I've stood here more than once myself, and I have been sold the breakthrough. What I needed most was guidance through a steady practice of self recognition.

Most women arrive believing they need more information. Someone else's roadmap. Someone else's answer. Someone else's formula for freedom.

What we actually need is enough space to see clearly. A place to express our desires, question what we've inherited, and take radical responsibility for the ways we've abandoned ourselves, handed our authority away, and continued to participate in patterns that no longer serve us.

Recognition is only the beginning. The real work is building the capacity to live beyond the recognition and within coherence of your truest self.

this is for the woman who knows there is a version of herself she has not let herself become yet.

In the feminine mysteries and initiation traditions found across cultures and throughout history, the language of descent and ascent is rooted in the spiral of becoming. Not as a linear path toward perfection, but as a cyclical process of remembering, releasing, reclaiming, and returning.

THE DESCENT

The descent begins with the willingness to see.

Together, we bring awareness to the patterns, beliefs, fears, conditioning, and identities that have shaped your life. Not to judge them, but to understand them. Not to make yourself wrong, but to recognize what is yours, what is not, and what no longer belongs.

This is where the noise begins to quiet.

This is where self abandonment becomes visible.

This is where recognition begins.

THE Ascent

The ascent is having the courage to leave what you shed in the underworld and stretch your capacity to hold paradox.

Not through the dramatic breakthroughs we are constantly being inundated with, but through practice. The boundary that finally gets held. The conversation that finally gets had. The pattern that no longer runs the show.

Over time, life begins to reorganize around what is true. Not because certainty has arrived, but because your capacity to hold complexity has expanded.

This is where self trust deepens.

This is where sovereignty takes root.

This is where becoming unfolds.

THE FLOW

Over six months, we bring awareness to the beliefs, fears, conditioning, inherited stories, and identities that have shaped your life. Not to fix you, but to understand what has been driving your choices, reactions, limitations, and relationships.

The potential is already there.

The wisdom is already there.

The work is learning to distinguish between what is yours and what is not. Between the voice of your own knowing and the voices you've inherited along the way.

We meet weekly in the first month. Two hours each time. Enough space to go deep before we establish rhythm.

From there the pace follows what's unfolding. Some weeks need more. Some need integration. We follow the work, not a calendar.

What's asked of you is this:

Show up honestly.

Stay with what's true.

Take responsibility for what reveals itself.

Practice living from what you've recognized.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." - Carl Jung

This work is  not  for you if...

You're looking for a step by step plan with minimal effort.

You aren't ready to take honest responsibility for yourself.

You are looking for certainty over self inquiry.

This work is not therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance. If you are in active crisis or require licensed clinical support, please seek that first. Your nervous system deserves the right level of care for what it's carrying.

What I offer is presence, precision, and a space that is safe enough to tell the truth in. Not a formula. Not a promise. Not a set of steps.

The outcomes that emerge here live in your body, not on a document. They are yours because you did the work. I held the space while you did.

Adriana Keefe, MA

"I came into our call carrying so much pressure and fear around the idea of getting a job outside of my business. I genuinely felt like stepping back meant I had failed or was giving up on everything I’ve built. But the way you held space for me completely shifted something in my system. You didn’t project, push, or make anything feel dramatic. You helped me see everything with so much more clarity, neutrality, and compassion. By the end of our conversation, I felt like I was in a much clearer place for the first time in a while."

The Threshold is the crossing...

From forcing to trusting.
From managing what had a hold on you.

To feeling that it no longer does.
