TERMS & POLICIES
This agreement governs all 1:1 mentorship, coaching, and consulting engagements with The Wilde Rose and Kim Reed. By booking a session, enrolling in a container, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything below.
These terms exist to protect both of us. Read them that way.
Who This Is For
The Wilde Rose works with business owners and women who are ready to do the kind of work that actually moves the needle. That means accountability is not optional here. It is the foundation.
If you are not prepared to show up honestly, do the work between sessions, and hold yourself responsible for your outcomes, this is not the right fit. The policies below reflect that standard.
Offers
Current 1:1 engagements are structured, time-bound containers. Scope, duration, and investment are outlined at the time of enrollment. Any custom work is discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
All engagements are personal and non-transferable.
PaymentS
PAYMENT IN FULL
Payment in full is due at time of enrollment. Access to scheduling and materials is granted upon receipt of payment.
PAYMENT PLANS
Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize The Wilde Rose to charge your card on the agreed schedule until the balance is paid in full. Missing a payment pauses your access. If a payment is more than 7 days late and no communication has been initiated, the engagement may be considered forfeit without refund of amounts already paid.
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through hello@thewilderose.com is a breach of this agreement. It will result in immediate termination of all access, and legal recovery of funds will be pursued. If you have a concern, come to me directly. That is always the first step.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. Life happens, and occasional shifts are understandable. Sessions can absolutely be moved within the container when communication is clear and respectful. Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows, however, may result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds
When you book with me, that space is held intentionally for you. Time is reserved, preparation begins, and I often turn away other clients in order to fully honor the work we’re stepping into together.
For that reason, there are no refunds once a session or container has been booked and confirmed. The commitment is mutual, and the work begins the moment we both say yes to it.
If challenges arise during the process itself, I ask that they be communicated directly and honestly so we can address them in real time.
Scope of Work
The Wilde Rose offers business mentorship, retail strategy, and personal development coaching. This work is educational and advisory in nature.
It is not therapy, legal counsel, financial advising, or medical advice. You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals for those needs.
Results are a function of your effort, honesty, and follow-through. I bring the framework and the excavation. You do the work.
Confidentiality
What you share in our work together stays in our work together. I do not disclose client information, details, or stories without explicit permission.
In return, the frameworks, materials, and intellectual property I share with you are for your personal use only. They are not to be reproduced, taught, shared, or distributed in any form without written permission from The Wilde Rose.
Communication
GENERAL
My communication hours are Monday through Friday. I respond to emails within 2 business days. For urgent matters, contact hello@thewilderose.com with the subject line URGENT.
VOXER
Voxer access is included in select higher-level offers. Where it is included, the following applies.
Voxer is for momentum. Use it for wins, reflections, edges you want to share, or a compass point when something comes up between sessions and you need a brief redirect before it spirals. Some of the best work happens here.
If we are spinning on something, I will name it and we will hold it for our next session. That is not a boundary against you. That is the work being respected.
I respond to voice notes and text within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Same-day responses are not guaranteed.
Access beyond your container is available in limited form. What that looks like will be defined at the close of your engagement.
Conduct
This work requires honesty, respect, and good faith from both of us. Harassing, abusive, or manipulative behavior toward me or anyone affiliated with The Wilde Rose will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, materials, and methods shared through The Wilde Rose are the property of Kim Reed and The Wilde Rose. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Liability
The Wilde Rose, Kim Reed, and Purple Rose Home LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes arising from your participation in any program, session, or service. You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
By engaging with any offer, you release The Wilde Rose, Kim Reed, and Purple Rose Home LLC from any and all claims arising from that engagement.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal or external remedies. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled through binding arbitration under Massachusetts law, on an individual basis.
Agreement
By booking, enrolling, or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full.
