As the leaves turn and the air cools, nature reminds us of the power of letting go. In this gathering, we’ll explore what it means to soften our grip and make space for what feels in alignment.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, sound, and reflection, we’ll reconnect with the rhythm of the season, letting go, grounding, and returning to balance.
