In this gathering, we explore what it means to open again. To allow creativity to move through us, trusting a natural unfolding.
Each session invites you into a gentle blend of guided meditation, breathwork, crystal singing bowl sound meditation, and heart-centered reflection.
Together, we explore the natural rhythm of letting go, grounding, renewal, and growth.
Embracing each phase as a sacred step on the path home to ourselves, to the natural rhythm of the feminine, in sync with nature.
