Service Description
This is a short conversation to look at what is asking for your attention. We’ll talk about the threshold you’re in, the patterns or cycles that feel most active, and the depth of support that would be most useful.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your booking.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. Life happens, and occasional shifts are understandable. Sessions can absolutely be moved within the container when communication is clear and respectful. Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows, however, may result in the session being forfeited. When you book with me, that space is held intentionally for you. Time is reserved, preparation begins, and I often turn away other clients in order to fully honor the work we’re stepping into together. For that reason, there are no refunds once a session or container has been booked and confirmed. The commitment is mutual, and the work begins the moment we both say yes to it.
